The Role:
As a Weekend Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of inventory. This is a hands-on role perfect for individuals looking for reliable, long-term employment without the Monday-Friday commute.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a weekly basis.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
