Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, seal, and label products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving and stocking of inventory to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shifts).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for reading safety labels and following verbal instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a clean workspace.
