Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekday overtime if needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
