Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and ship products using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Operate material handling equipment safely (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise
- Support weekend inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with occasional assistance
