Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders within warehouse management system
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading of freight using proper techniques
- Support facility cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible start times
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville industrial area
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in team setting
