Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and daily logs.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire candidates.
