Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock with high accuracy and speed.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select items for orders and ensure they are securely packaged for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Maintain Facility: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly shipping targets.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure product integrity and correct labeling.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
