Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort and stock inventory accurately to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to minimize returns.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
