Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels to minimize errors.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks during peak weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hire.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
