Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory during overnight operations
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background screening
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
