Responsibilities
- Operate equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Stock & Sort: Receive, inspect, and sort incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Shipping: Prepare and load outbound shipments for delivery.
- Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
