Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments with care and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the employment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required for all roles).
