Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock organization, and ensure accurate data entry into our inventory management system.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verify accuracy of orders, and prepare goods for delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company standards before storage or shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure operational goals are met during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (or Friday/Sunday depending on the specific roster) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify information and maintain accurate records.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license (for site-to-site transport if required).
