Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Check, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accuracy.
- Packaging: Properly package, label, and prepare items for shipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (including pallet jacks and hand trucks) according to safety protocols.
- Customer Service: Assist with basic customer inquiries regarding orders and shipments.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy regarding inventory counts and shipping labels.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hire.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
