Key Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of trucks and pallets in a timely manner.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Friday to Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
