Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using industrial equipment, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Scan, sort, and organize merchandise to maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from shelves and packaging them for shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Experience: Prior warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and operational instructions.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
