Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and speed during peak weekend hours.
- Packing & Shipping: Properly package, label, and prepare merchandise for distribution.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor to prevent accidents.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation to the Washington DC location.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and strong attention to detail.
