Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload and sort merchandise using powered equipment
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and compliant warehouse safety standards
- Support order fulfillment and quality assurance processes
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
