Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Verify accuracy of inventory against packing slips using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Assist in cycle counts and stockroom organization during downtime.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
