Responsibilities
- Efficient Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize goods onto pallets and shelves using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock movements to minimize errors.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders quickly and accurately to meet daily targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods; must be able to pass a pre-employment physical.
- Reliability: Must demonstrate punctuality and a strong work ethic.
