Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery to our clients.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
- Workspace Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Quality Assurance: Perform final inspections on outbound shipments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
