Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of inventory and workflow.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
