Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts, picking, packing, and sorting of goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Organization: Keep warehouse aisles clear and maintain an organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Reliability: Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right attitude.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
