Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory with speed and accuracy using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment in strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to role).
