Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Trucking Operations: Assist in loading and unloading trailers efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide training for immediate starters.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
