Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse equipment.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in an efficient, organized, and safe manner.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform basic inventory checks and data entry as required.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be willing to start immediately.
- Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (experience is valued over formal education).
