Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure quality control and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Scan barcodes and utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Sacramento location.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
