Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, sort, and stage incoming merchandise and inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory counts and order picking.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
