Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders and prepare shipments for local and national delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance in previous roles.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
