Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
