Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy and maintain quality control standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily productivity and operational targets.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to strict operational procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
