Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading and unloading of freight using powered industrial trucks and hand trucks.
- Manage inventory accuracy through rigorous scanning and verification processes.
- Organize and maintain stock areas to ensure maximum workflow efficiency and safety compliance.
- Prepare and package customer orders with precision and care.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a standing position.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required for all roles).
