Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems to process inbound and outbound shipments.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners and WMS software to accurately count, sort, and organize inventory.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets customer specifications and safety standards.
- Workflow Efficiency: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor supervisors and team members to optimize weekend workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
