Responsibilities
- Execute Operations: Efficiently sort, pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure accurate delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by scanning barcodes and updating stock logs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to streamline daily operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure high standards of presentation are met before shipping.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to comply with labor laws.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
