Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory scanning using handheld devices.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety compliance at all times.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Willingness to learn new processes and follow safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
