Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move stock and materials.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality specifications.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with little to no experience; on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (optional for some roles).
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
