The Role
You will play a critical role in ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly. Your attention to detail and reliability will directly impact our customer satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory accuracy and assist with organizing stock to optimize workflow.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely under supervision.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality assurance goals.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and attendance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning labels and processing paperwork.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
