Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Package and label items securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly; comfortable standing for long periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
