Responsibilities
- Pack, Label, and Prepare: Accurately pack items for shipment using standard packing materials and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting and verifying stock levels to ensure accuracy in our inventory system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily shipping targets during peak weekend hours.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and hand trucks as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) or specific weekend shifts.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand work instructions and communicate with team leads.
