Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure 99.9% on-time delivery rates.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our premium quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless transition of duties.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred; no experience required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners or inventory software.
