Responsibilities
- Execute daily loading, unloading, and order fulfillment processes with precision and speed.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and update inventory logs.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment and storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the Sacramento facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Forklift certification is a strong advantage but not required for entry.
