Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers using standard material handling equipment (dollies, pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment to keep the warehouse organized.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid state-issued ID and social security card required for I-9 compliance.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
