Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain organized warehouse shelving and storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and client specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with weekday staff to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be drug-free.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
