Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient workflow
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain 5S workspace standards
- Document daily activities in warehouse management system
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during paid training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in basic inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
