The Role
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
