Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
