Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process incoming and outgoing orders with a focus on speed and precision.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and hand trucks as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage areas tidy, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow during busy shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a plus.
