Responsibilities
- Process Shipments: Efficiently load, unload, and sort packages to ensure accurate delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all outgoing packages meet quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend Shifts).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- License: Valid Driver's License is preferred.
