Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy retrieval.
- Package and prepare merchandise for shipment according to company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic computer skills for logging time and checking assignments.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
