Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order processing, and team supervision
- Optimize shift schedules and resource allocation to meet weekend demand targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational procedures and performance metrics
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handover and workflow continuity
- Analyze weekend performance data and implement improvement strategies
- Manage vendor deliveries and weekend maintenance requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics or operations management
- Proven ability to supervise teams in weekend/holiday shifts
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS and inventory software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under time constraints
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
